This May bank holiday Meningitis Research Foundation’s BUPA London 10,000 runners pounded the streets of the City of London in the fight against meningitis and septicemia. The 10k route took them past many of the capital’s famous landmarks including Big Ben and St Paul’s Cathedral. There was a great atmosphere on the day and the crowds were out in their masses to support the runners.
On behalf of Meningitis Research Foundation I would like to say a big thank you to all our runners! It was the first running event that I have attended since joining MRF’s Fundraising Team and I thoroughly enjoyed the day and the chance to meet some of our runners and supporters.
