I've been the Medical Information Officer for Ireland since December 2007.

I worked as a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in the U.S. until moving to Ireland. 

Every time I talk to someone affected by meningitis and septicaemia and hear their stories, I get motivated to work harder at spreading awareness to both the general public and health care professionals.

I'm on maternity leave at the moment.
