Ten mile run taking in the sights of Portsmouth including HMS Victory.
The BUPA Great South Run has grown into one of the country's biggest 10 mile race attracting a field of 21,000 elite and fun runners. Last year MRF entered out largest team yet and we are hoping to better this in 2010.
To run for MRF we ask that you raise a minimum of £175 in sponsorship, our running and sponsorship packs will show you how. We also ask for a deposit of £35.
