Donard Trek

Donard Trek

Date of event: 22 August 2009
Venue: County Down, Northern Ireland

Challenge yourself to climb Northern Ireland's highest mountain.

We are appealing for people to dust down their walking shoes and join us on first ever Slieve Donard Trek.  Come and have a great day in the hills away from the stress of everyday life,  enjoy the spectacular views and take home some great memories of walking in the hills.

Slieve Donard is the highest mountain in Northern Ireland, beside the small seaside town of Newcastle and is regarded as an ‘Area of Outstanding Beauty’.  It is guaranteed to provide walkers with stunning views of the coastline.  The trek will set out from Donard car park and will continue to the highest point in Northern Ireland at 853m, led by a team of experienced and trained guides.

Registration is £20 and each participant is asked to raise at least £100 in sponsorship. For more information use the enquiry form below or give our Belfast office a call on 028 9032 1283 and speak to Keli.
