My Daughter Was Diagnosed With Meningococcal Meningitis In 2019.
I Noticed Her Not Moving She Would Not Get Out Of Bed. With A Fever Tylenol Would Not Break. Immediately I Called An Ambulance. Once Trying To Get Her Moving To The Ambulance She Was Unable To Walk. She Stayed At This One Hospital For Two Days Without Any Answers. I Started Noticing Blue Spots On The Bottom Of Her Foot. Quickly The Doctors Were Determined For Answers.
We Were Unable To Get The Answers So She Was Then Transferred To Another Hospital For Kids. In The Ambulance We Received A Call Saying They Tested Her Stool. And She Has Meningitis. We Had To Stop In Route And Put On Mask.
She Was Rushed Straight To ICU Where She Was Sedated Quickly Things Changed Over Night. She Had Two Heart Attacks And A Stroke Fighting For A Month Her Kidneys Failed She Developed Sepis In Her Feet Causing Amputation On Both Foots.
Today She Is 9Yrs Old With A Transplanted Kidney From A Lovely Deceased Donor.
