Selecting how your story supports meningitis awareness

How will my experience and photographs be used?
We share personal stories in a variety of ways to support all aspects of work, from campaigns to suppport advocacy and fundraising initiatives to PR such as press releases and quotes to attract media interest. By completing this form you are giving us permission to use your meningitis experience and images both internally and externally in our communications as specified below.
